Our public hours are 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday. That’s when day passes run. Members get longer access with their own fob:

• Casual + PAYG and Flexi – 8 days: 8am–6pm weekdays
• Flexi – Unlimited and Dedicated Desk: 24/7
• Off-Peak: Night Owl weeknights 5pm–10pm, or Weekend Warrior Friday 5pm–10pm and weekends 8am–10pm

Please book ahead. Day passes are booked online for the day you choose, 9am–5pm Monday to Friday. Members book desks and meeting rooms through the member portal, and anyone can book a meeting room online.

Yes, please do. Book a free tour. It takes about fifteen minutes, with no card and no commitment. You’ll see the hotdesk area, the dedicated desks and both meeting rooms, and we can work out which option fits how you work.

A day pass is $39, 9am–5pm on a weekday. If you’ll come in at least once a month, Casual + PAYG is also $39, but for a month. It includes a day each month, an hour in a meeting room, your own fob, and extra days at $30 instead of $39.

Count roughly how many days a month you’ll be in:

• 1 day: a Day Pass or Casual + PAYG, $39 either way
• 2–7 days: Casual + PAYG, $39 plus $30 for each extra day
• 8–14 days: Flexi – 8 days, $245 plus $30 for each day over eight
• 15 or more: Flexi – Unlimited, $445, however often you come

Working evenings or weekends? Off-Peak, $165. In every day and want to leave your things set up? Dedicated Desk, $595.

There’s no lock-in contract on anything, and no setup fee on any desk or meeting room membership. You can cancel any plan with one month’s notice. The only setup fees are on two optional virtual office add-ons, ASIC Registered Office and Google Business Profile Ready: $39 each, once.

Yes. If you find you’re in more or less than you expected, tell us and we’ll move you to the plan that fits. It’s a plan change, not a cancellation. It takes effect from the 1st of the next month.

Included hot desk days and meeting room hours reset on the 1st of each month and don’t carry over, so plan to use them within the month.

Every desk comes with:

• fast internet: NBN Fibre to the Curb, with a Vodafone mobile backup if the NBN drops out
• a high-quality ergonomic chair
• the kitchenette, breakout space and restrooms

Members also get their own access fob and the member portal for booking desks and rooms. Printing, copying and scanning are available and charged on what you use.

A hotdesk is any free desk in the shared hotdesk area: you bring your laptop and take it home with you. A dedicated desk is yours alone, 24/7. Leave your monitor, files and second screen set up the way you like them. Only five dedicated desks exist.

There are two:

• Bee Farm seats 8 and looks south over the Blue Mountains National Park. It’s the one for workshops, board meetings and team days.
• Fairy Dell seats 5 and overlooks Springwood’s main street. It’s the one for client meetings, interviews and video calls.

Both have a 55-inch screen with HDMI, a full whiteboard wall, fast internet and natural light.

Anyone can book. No membership needed.

• Bee Farm: $50 an hour, $145 a half-day, $245 a day
• Fairy Dell: $35 an hour, $115 a half-day, $195 a day

You pay by card when you book.

Yes. Member discounts of 30–50% apply to every booking, including half-day and full-day rates. For example, a Bee Farm full day is $245 to the public, $171.50 on Member Rate and $147 on Member Rate Plus.

If you book more than a couple of hours a month, usually yes. Member Rate is $29 a month for 30% off both rooms, so two hours of Bee Farm costs $70 instead of $100. Past about six hours of Bee Farm a month, Member Rate Plus ($59, 40% off) works out cheaper still.

Registered charities, incorporated associations and not-for-profit community organisations. It’s $25 a month for 50% off both rooms. There’s no application: just self-declare when you sign up. We confirm eligibility after you join, and if it isn’t the right fit we’ll move you to the right membership.

It lets you let yourself in for your bookings, so you’re not waiting for someone to open the door. It isn’t general access to work from the space. If you’d like a desk for the day as well, members pay $30 instead of $39.

INDY MTNS is on the first floor, up a steep flight of stairs, and there’s no lift. This includes all workspaces and meeting rooms. If the stairs are a problem for you or anyone coming to a meeting, please call us on 1300 890 995 before booking and we’ll talk it through.

Yes. Parking is available on the street for short visits, across the road in the council carpark (2 hours).

The council carpark accessed from Springwood Avenue has 2-hour, 4-hour and all day parks.

Additional all day parks are available in the commuter parking block on the other side of the train station and can be found on nearby surrounding streets.

A shared workspace where people from different businesses work side by side, each on their own work, sharing the desks, internet, kitchen and meeting rooms, and the company. You pay for as much or as little as you need, month to month, instead of taking on an office lease.
→ What is coworking?

Small business owners, freelancers and remote workers from around the Blue Mountains, working in fields like marketing, technology, health and wellness and the creative industries. Some come in to escape the distractions of home; some come instead of commuting to the city; some come for the meeting rooms. Most say they get more done here.
