If you’re booking more than once a month, a meeting room membership pays for itself quickly. One monthly fee, a standing discount on both rooms, every booking. No desk, nothing else you don’t need.

Every membership includes your own access fob to let yourself in for your bookings, the member portal for booking, and hot desk days at the member rate of $30 (public $39). No setup fee. No lock-in contract. One month’s notice to cancel.

Community Organisations is for registered charities, incorporated associations and not-for-profit community organisations. Self-declare when you sign up — no application, no proof required up front. We confirm eligibility after you join, and we’ll move you to the right membership if this one isn’t it.

See both rooms before you book one. A free tour takes fifteen minutes — no card, no commitment. 

Booking once? Just hire the room — you don’t need a membership.

Registered charity, incorporated association or not-for-profit? Take the community rate. It’s the lowest fee and the deepest discount, so it’s the cheapest option however often you book.
