INDY MTNS is a coworking space in the middle of Springwood, across from the post office and the train station. It’s a light, quiet, properly set-up place to work: fast internet, good chairs, a kitchenette, a breakout space, and two meeting rooms when you need one.

Whatever you choose, the terms are the same: no joining fee, no setup fee, no lock-in contract, one month’s notice to cancel.

Bring your laptop, pick a desk in the shared hotdesk area, and get on with it. How often you come in decides which of these fits.

A day costs the same as a month.

A day pass is $39. Casual + PAYG is $39 a month, and every month it gives you a hot desk day, an hour in a meeting room, your own access fob, and extra days at $30 instead of $39.

Day passes are booked 9am–5pm. Members get the broader 8am–6pm, Monday to Friday. Included days and meeting room hours reset on the 1st of each month and don’t carry over.

Every hotdesk includes fast WiFi (NBN Fibre to the Curb with mobile backup), a high-quality ergonomic chair, the kitchenette, breakout space and restrooms, and printing charged on use.

Nights & weekends: $165 a month.

The building’s open. Almost nobody’s in it. If your working hours aren’t nine to five, you shouldn’t be paying for desks that sit empty while you’re elsewhere. Off-peak memberships give you unlimited access in the window that’s actually yours.

Your own desk: $595 a month.

A desk that stays set up the way you left it. Leave your monitor, your files and your second screen. Come in any time, day or night, and it’s there.
